The following publicly released California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and Community Care Licensing records dated between September 2009 and August 2010 relate to the licensing history, investigation, and administrative enforcement proceedings involving Dunn, Sheila Family Child Care and Gregory Dewayne Dunn (also referred to in records as Gregory Dunn and Greg Dunn). The records include complaint reports, investigative field reports, licensing evaluations, notices, hearing documents, temporary suspension materials, correspondence, and related administrative filings.
 

According to these records, CDSS investigators and licensing officials documented allegations concerning Gregory Dewayne Dunn (also referred to in records as Greg Dunn) involving alleged sexual misconduct with minors. The records further reflect that investigators and licensing officials described certain allegations as substantiated for administrative and licensing purposes.
 

The records further reflect that Community Care Licensing issued a Temporary Suspension Order, served exclusion-related documents, initiated administrative proceedings, and scheduled a hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings. The file also includes an August 2, 2010 “Stipulation, Waiver, and Order” signed by Gregory Dewayne Dunn and CDSS officials resolving the administrative matter without a formal hearing.
