The following digital images are documents that are public record and available to anyone upon request to the Lincoln County District Attorney's office or the City of Waldport. They consist of email correspondence between Waldport City Manager, Dann Cutter, Lincoln County District Attorney, Jenna Wallace, and Rebel WAC an independent agent of the free press.  We've also included the original Public Records Request document that Rebel WAC submitted to the City of Waldport.

We decided to share them since they are indicative of Waldport's city manager's professional overreach and disrespect toward member's of the press and the Lincoln County District Attorney.

Though we suspect that there is more documentation regarding this situation, we have only included those for which we have copies.  If more becomes available to us, we will share them here on this page.
