The following publicly released California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and Community Care Licensing records from 1997–2000 relate to the licensing, investigation, and administrative proceedings involving Dunn Family Child Care, operated by Sheila Dunn in Bakersfield, California. The records include licensing applications, facility evaluations, complaint reports, investigative materials, subpoenas, administrative hearing documents, notices of exclusion, and related correspondence. The records also include complaint allegations, investigative findings, and administrative determinations relating to Gregory Dewayne Dunn (also referred to in records as Gregory Dunn and Greg Dunn) in connection with children at the facility.

According to the records, Community Care Licensing investigators described allegations involving the handcuffing of children as substantiated for administrative and licensing purposes, while other allegations involving alleged sexual misconduct involving minors were described in agency findings as inconclusive or unsubstantiated.

The records further reflect that administrative proceedings resulted in the exclusion of Greg Dunn from licensed child care facilities and the revocation of the associated family child care license.
